Premium one-part, moisture-curing, non-sag elastomeric commercial-grade polyurethane adhesive sealant provides a long-lasting, flexible and durable seal for exterior gaps, joints and cracks. This high performance sealant offers superior adhesion to most substrates and remains flexible to withstand up to 70% total joint movement when installed into a properly prepared joint. Can be applied above or below the waterline. Exceptional cut and tear resistance. Handles foot and vehicle traffic. Paintable.
