M-605 is non-swelling, non-shrinking, and is formulated in such a manner that it will not breed or support the growth of mold, mildew or fungus, which can lead to staining the wear layer of vinyl sheet goods. M-605 has a dry compressive strength in excess of 3,000 psi.
